We will tell you what we believe is realistic before you engage us, and we will not promise an outcome we cannot support.

Information you provide

You agree that the information and documents you give us are accurate and that you have the right to share them. Incomplete or inaccurate information can materially change our assessment of your case.

Fees

Our contract review is provided at no cost. If we take on your matter, fees are set out in a written agreement signed before work begins. We do not take a percentage of your home equity and we do not bill unagreed hourly time.
